On the project page multiple links point to the place, it's called

Ad. 1. Already placed in the tracker.
Ad. 2. Does it work properly when using espeak server on Linux?
Ad. 4. Please also describe the expected behaviour. And give the example 
file, because I know nothing about the org-mode.
