no speech at end of TeX files

Hi,
When I am editing a TeX file and I place the cursor  at the end of the
file,emacspeak looses its voice.
I move away from the end of the file and press c-e c-s to get  emacspeak
speaking again, so I can work around this problem, but it would be nice
to know how to avoid it.
