w3

Hello:

Is there a RedHat package for emacs w3?  I recently converted to
RedHat 5 and am still rebuilding things.  After getting the latest W3
from the blinux ftp area, I discovered that I cannot 'make' programs
anymore.  Should I just do all the things in 'Makefile' by hand?  I'd
prefer an 'rpm', but will do the former if I have to.
