New list name change

Hi,

The list for discussing speech input to emacs has had a name change.
It is being called 'emacslisten' not 'emacsvoice'.  I have moved over
the name.  Anyone who signed up under emacsvoice is alredy signed up.

If you are interested in joining send mail to
'emacslisten-request@xxxxxxxxxxx' with a subject of 'subscribe'.

The new name is less ambigious as to the purpose of the list.  This is
not a recomendation that any particular name be adopted as the name of
some future program.  It is just the name of the mailing list and I
feel that 'emacslisten' will cause less confusion with 'emacspeak'
than 'emacsvoice' would cause.
