Sounds with Emacspeak

Hello, listers!
I just noticed that not all sounds that come as a default with Emacspeak
play. At least the "play" program doesn't process all of them. I then loaded
these .au files into professional musical editor and they are all valid
files. So, I presume I miss some parameter to force these files playing.
Anyone knows the solution?
