Loading various speech servers in Emacspeak

the way to add these is for your emacspeak-ss package to
provide a servers.el file that adds the appropriate values
to the lisp variable dtk-servers-alist 
--I dont plan to apply the patch you sent because this
belongs rightly in the emacspeak-ss package.
