Another note about Emacspeak installation

The setup instructions I posted earlier assume that you either have an
external DECtalk synthesizer or already have the correct Emacspeak
speech server for your synthesizer.  In Manish's case, the correct
server was installed beforehand, so I didn't mention it in the
previous instructions.
