The Double Talk LT is supported by a speech server in the emacspeak-ss
package, which I maintain.  You can get it from the blinux ftp site or
my web site:

	       http://www.mv.com/ipusers/vanzandt

For more info on emacspeak, please check out my Emacspeak-HOWTO at
either of the above places.

There is nothing Linux-specific about emacspeak.  I know T.V.Raman
runs it on regular Unix workstations (Sun, I think).
