emacspeak 12, slackware 7, and dectalk pc1.

Hello,
	First of all does the latest version of emacspeak v12 work with a
dectalk pc1? If so, what do I need to get it going? I know how to compile
emacspeak, do I have to download the extra server package? Also, has
anyone tried compiling emacspeak 12 on a slackware 7 system?
