emacspeak on a sun work station

Hi all, I'm currently trying to compile emaccspeak on a Sun.  I've followed 
the instructions and when I attempt to run the make I get the following 
error.  I am attempting to use a DEC express.  I'm probably just missing 
something simple but any info would be much appreciated.

cd lisp; make  SRC=..
