running emacspeak

don't ignore me like you have been doing. i run emacspeak with via voice, all is fine. when i set rate high or it runs for 5/10 mins or so, heres what goes on:
i hit a key, takes 10-20 seconds to register by the speech synth.
which is via voice.
i hit right left arrow.. takes long time. but when i spell char foneticly, i can read the char. whats going on?
and where can i get irqtune?
