If you read the default.css style sheet in the W3 directory you can
find out which speech properties and audio cues are being applied to
which HTML elements, and of course you can also change them if
desired.

Of course this won't reliably indicate how each element is rendered by
any particular user agent, as this is a function not only of the HTML
markup as such, but also of any style sheet that might be supplied,
the user agent's configuration settings, and its default rendering of
HTML.
