w3m-emacs train wreck

I built the most current version of w3m with no problem.  Then I tried
building the most current version of emacs-w3m and got an error 127 in the
Makefile run.  I'll probably back out of current version of w3m and build
specific version required by emacs-w3m and see what happens.
