emacspeak-cvs-get-anonymous

Hello,
I'm running emacspeak-17 and the above command doesn't appear to work.  I
get a message saying the snapshot was downloaded, but I can't find it my
home directory under ~/cvs-emacspeak.  

Is there another way to get a cvs snapshot?
