Emacspeak-apollo program?

Hi all,  I shall try this again.

Is there a pre-compiled, ready to run version of the server program to
use an Apollo as synthasiser with Emacspeak please?....    where?
The Slackware 9 install CDs provided Emacspeak 16.0 afaik and the
additional SS library was 1.9.1.
