Emacs URL Package




Why build it from scratch and not just download it from the Debian
archive? Debian has both the w3 and url packages for emacs 21 (as well
as emacs 20). 

I seem to remember seeing a posting which indicated the gnu site which
has both w3 and url was recently hacked. Maybe thats why its not
there?
