Getting from CVS

I don't recall seeing much info on the home page about pulling from
CVS but I would like to overcome the compile errors I get when
building the prod 19.0 version of Emacspeak.  I understand this has
been fixed with the CVS version.  The errors I get have to do with a
lisp function and it was also mentioned in a past message on the list
archives.  Could someone dump off the basics like address and any
special build instructions necessary with the CVS version?
