can't locate the URL for emacspeak festival server.

hello,
I finally got internet working with emacspeak and with that got so
many things working fine.
I think I got over excited and messed up with my emacspeak setup on one machine.
as soon as I ran apt-get install emacspeak, I got the idea that it was
upgrading existing emacspeak version.
then I messed with it so much so that now emacspeak has lost its speach.
any ways,I needed the URL for downloading emacspeak festival server
since that url is on the machine where I messed up emacspeak and can't
use it now.
I tried on sourceforge and did not find any file for emacspeak festival server.
can some one give me the URL please?
