Here are 4 patches for the svn build of emacspeak I retrieved this
morning.  

I have taken everything I think I can from emacspeak-w3.el and
emacspeak-w3m.el and moved it to emacspeak-webutils.el.  The keymaps for
w3 and w3m have been changed to make use of the new generic functions.
The duplicate functions have also been removed from the respective
files.

I also fixed a typo in emacspeak-websearch.el that was telling me that
my searches had ffailed... notice the double "f".

There were some errors in the compilation, but I do not think they are
anything to be concerned about.  I am wondering why I am getting a
couple of these, and I will note them in the errors at the bottom of
this message.

As concerns other duplicate functions, they are the xslt functions and
their assorted support code.  Although I have not taken a detailed look
at the code, I know _absolutely_ nothing about the transforms and how
they work and do not feel comfortable making changes.

Concerning the svn checkout, have there been any changes in the recent
past?  It seems that I have not seen any updated files in my last few
checkouts.  Is it my failing memory, or does svn not tell you of the
updated files as cvs does?

Compilation errors follow.   The errors I wonder about are the ones in
webutils, as I have declared them special.
