oddity in espeak

Not really a problem, just a mention of odd behavior.

When reading through this page:

https://www.emacspeak.org/VCCS-archive/list.archive.2006/msg00172.html

If moving line-by-line, there is a _very_ noticeable slow down on these
lines:  

;;      (0 0 90)
;;      (1 13 81 )
;;      (2 26 72)
;;      (3 39 63)
;;      (4 52 54  )

Actually, I see it in this message as well.  In fact, any line that is
preceded with two semicolons slows down.

Odd.
