Default HTML Renderer?

Hi,

I'm using Emacspeak 32.  What setting do I change, and to what value, in 
order to have the routines (forms, etc) that fetch web content use w3 to 
render it?  In the default setup, w3 is not used (yes, it is installed 
and working).  Instead, Mozilla is attempted, and the system goes silent.
