switching server voice selection issue

Have you done a make config recently?

Reason:
dtk-speak.el used to explicitly require all the engine-specific
modules; now those are autoloaded. But for the autoload to work,
you need to do a make config; I suggest
make clean; make config; make and report back if it still breaks.
