Cannot Compile Espeak



For now, anyone packaging up emacspeak for linux distros should
pull shr-url.el from the distrib since it's experimental, not
needed unless one wants to use it, and depends strongly on emacs
24 -- more than shr.el, it also depends on the libxml integration
for speed.
