Question: how to use eSpeak with Emacspeak?

Hi,

I would like to use eSpeak with Emacspeak. However, looking back at the 
archives, I see that the speech server hasn't been updated for a while 
now and I haven't been able to find any threads about a maintainer. As I 
previously mentioned in another message, using it is very difficult at 
this point, because of the fact that I hear 'capital' before everything.

Does anyone have any tips or tricks?
