re: emacspeak blog moving to github

I tried adding http://tvraman.github.io/emacspeak/blog/ to snownews and 
snownews returned invalid xml and asked if I need a filter.  At this 
point, I don't know if there's a problem with the xml or if I need a 
filter let alone what filter.
I'll try adding the muggles feed and see if the same problem returns 
shortly.
