A bug in recent git snapshot

Hi,
I am playing with Emacspeak on Windows.
Just installed the fresh version, checked from git yesterday.
In the scratch buffer when I press RET, but also on various other 
places, I am receiving this message:
Symbol's function definition is void: dtk-notify-stop
I am not sure if this is a bug, or something weird on my installation.
