W3 & Real Player

your message is too ambiguous. 

Here is how things are supposed to work --see the comments
at the front of emacspeak-realaudio.el:

0) it's your responsibility to first get realaudio working
independent of emacspeak.

1)  Once you've got realaudio working, in my environment I
use a simple shell script I wrote that sets up rvplayer
you should try playing realaudio via C-e ; in emacspeak 
--again see the comments in emacspeak-realaudio.el

2) Once this works, and once you load emacspeak-arealaudio
*before* loading W3,
then you should be able to hit M-R (note cap R) to play
realaudio URLs from the browser.
