list mail problems

Hi folks, 

This list lives on "cs.vassar.edu" which lives in "vassar.edu".

The "vassar.edu" Internet connection and mail system is being repaired
and upgraded.  Over the last week it has developed problems which are
now being addressed.

We are currently seeing 6 to 12 hour delays in mail.

I just wanted to let people know.

I have been promised that this situation will be resolved shortly.
