Emacspeak with ViaVoice

Hi All,
What packages are required for ViaVoice to work with 
Emacspeak?  I understand the stdiom or something like that 
package is required; what other packages are required, and is 
stdiom available in rpm form? In case it matters, I am planning to 
use RedHat 7.0.
