bug in emacspeak-ss bns driver - possible fix



ok, straight to the point:
the punctuation levels are a bit screwy.
all punctuation on the bns means say everything, including spaces.
there's also most, some and none.
set all to most, none to none and some to some, that should do it.
as far as i know,
all should be M, most should be S and none should be Z.
i'm not sure about this, though.
