viewing daisy text content

I'll try this question again.  When I asked about viewing daisy files from
bookshare, it was suggested that I might be able to view the text content
in the xml file. 

Q. How do I view the text content w/o all the xml/sgml tags?  Is there a
browser akin to an html browser?
