Installing viavoice

If you are running a recent linux version, its very likely viavoice
will not work. Viavoice for linux is no longer being maintained and is
no longer compatible with recent c and c++ libraries.

At the very least, follow the instructions in the linux_outloud
directory. Specifically, don't even bother trying to compile the
server until you have established viavoice is working usiing the
sample prorames which come with the viavoice tts distribution. If you
can't get that working (and its likely it won't work), there is no
point doing the rest.
