emacspeak

emacspeak Now has sound cues. It's great to use if you have a sound card.
The sound cues are not essential to use emacspeak; ie if you don't have a
sound card, you will still get all the feedback you need via speech.

I've made several extensions over the long weekend, and hope to send out a new
 version sometime in the middle of next week.
