Same here; I had presumed that it was updated regularly, but it is
not.

Yes, you are correct.  I reset my default.css (/u/w3/etc/default.css)
and evaluated

    (emacspeak-rss-browse "BBC News") 

and now the text is close to the left margin.  Thanks!

Interestingly, in ...w3/lisp/w3-cus.el, defcustom sets
w3-honor-stylesheets to nil so only if you set it otherwise need you
reset it to nil.
