Emacspeak Servers On Jaunty: Calling for contrib makefiles

I'm running hardy on most machines, but I see that neither the
linux-outloud or linux-espeak makefiles compile on Jaunty -- this
is with tcl8.3 and tclx8.3

We should probably ut over to tcl8.4 at some point, but I'd first
like to check in fixed makefiles that work on both hardy and
jaunty. If you have a working makefile for jaunty, please mail it
out and I'll add it to the contrib area.
