RE: Almost decent working standard packaged emacspeak/eflite on Debian 7.2



Just edit your /etc/apt/sources.list file and change wheezy to unstable,
exit do an apt-get update and install the newer emacspeak.  After that, just
go back into the sources.list file and change back to wheezy.  Don't forget
to perform a second apt-get update. You'll be on stable again but with the
latest emacspeak code.  Quite sure an old hand like you has done this sort
of thing before though.

I was confused by the Debian number (7.2). I thought it is the same as mine,
but now I see it's not. I am on Debian unstable and here Emacspeak is 38. So
filing a bug makes no sense. You need to compile from fresh source, upgrade
to unstable or wait for new Debian release. But I see they didn't appoint a
date yet.
