.espeak.el and outline mode



Attached is a sample .espeak.el from  the directory
containing the book "Advanced Perl" from OReilly on my machine.

You can see that it turns on pronunciations and sets up
outline regexp to match the ascii markup OReilly uses.

Emacspeak loads that file when any file in that directory is
opened in view mode
