emacspeak and software DT 5 was EMACS_UNIBYTE and installing auctex

On the plus side, I've now integrated Tim's long-awaiting update
for DTK 5.0 into the emacspeak code base --- but on the negative
side, SF appears to be on the blink --- at least it doesn't let
me commit this morning using my password.

While we wait on SF, Tim's code has been in the CVS Repo for a
while -- so if you are running software Dectalk,  and run out of
CVS, you'll find his tarball in lisp/contrib -- unpack it, copy
 over dtk-soft to the servers directory, and the .c file to
 servers/software-dectalk and type make.
