remote emacspeak and dynamic ip addresses

forward your scripts to the list so they get archived.

emacspeak 7 has a new way of doing remote sessions designed specifically for
the dynamic IP case --I use dynamic IP when working from home.

You can cut and paste from the remote emacs if you are inside a local eterm
--same as you cut and paste with emacs and eterm.
