It should be relatively easy to connect an SVG to XHTML style sheet,
written in XSLT, to Emacs/W3 using Emacspeak's XSLT support so that an
appropriately marked up SVG image will be converted to structured text
for rendering by Emacs/W3.

SVG is the standard, non-proprietary, XML-based alternative to
proprietary formats such as Flash. SVG viewers are available for all
major operating systems. Daniel Dardailler wrote a text-based SVG
browser which is available from the W3C site (in Java).
