X2Go Windows Installation

Step 1: Click here to go to the download page for x2go.

Step 2: Click on the very first file (which as of October 4, 2016 was “x2goclient-4.0.5.2-2016.09.20-setup.exe”).

Step 3: Click “Save File”. Once the download is complete, run the setup.exe file.

Step 4: Accept all defaults (click okay at each step of the install).

Step 5: You're done! Now, under the start menu, search for “X2Go Client”. Clicking it will start up the client for the first time. Check out using X2Go for details on how to setup and use the program.
