Should we use the emacspeak speech back-end system-wide in Vinux?

Jason,

The emacspeak backend for orca works --- I use it regularly ---
well, when I do use orca, which is rare, that backend is what I
use.

When I remember, I'll send the config settings here --- not sure
why they removed that from the interactive config menu. The code
is live and works -- basically, you use espeechfactory instead
of the other factory they have, and set the synthesizer to use,
either outloud or dtk-exp.
